In order to ensure the goods could be on spot in time, we arrange the delivery time will be 2 to 7 days according to the distance from our company. In order to ensure the better circuit and turnover of funds, the goods will be delivered upon the copy of cable bill. Supply way of the supermarket mode of the supporting equipments: 1. Xinlong will edit full set of product sample reference and provide detailed information of type, style and technical parameters of all products for users’ reference in design selection. 2. The OEMs should confirm the pattern of aluminum-alloy frame (E.g. right-angle, circular arcs, tilt angle or aluminum-plastic cold-bridge proof board-type) and fax us the technical requirements of the size of all functional sections and directions of holes and doors. 3. Our technical department will make fragmented design of frame combination and combine the functional sections which can be united into one frame according to the features of users’ functional sections, so that it will be more economic and the structure will be more reasonable: To select the specification of frame (confirm the size of sections). To measure the quantity of tee joint, 4 way joint, positive tee joint and positive 4 way joint for aluminum-alloy corner joints. To measure the length and quantity of the side frame bars and intermediate bars and raise the structure process method. 4. To measure the type, specification and quantity of suite shock-absorber for blowers and racks. 5. To select and configure the type and specification of locks and hinges and measure the quantity of them . 6. To design the fixing method of doors and recommend the type, specification and quantity of door sheet fixing buttons, door sheet buckles and door frame nails. 7. To select cold-bridge proof seal peepholes and cold-bridge proof seal overhauling doors, and raise the type, specification and quantity of doors and windows needed and provide the users with assembly methods. 8. We always accept the development and trial production of new products of both new and old customers and take full advantage of processing equipment, test equipment and technical force in order to develop fittings of special use for OEMs. After finishing the above works, Xinlong will return the design plan of type selection and quotation sheet to OEMs for users’ approval, and revise according to customers’ suggestions so that the design will be reasonable and the fittings will be suitable finally.
